Admissions

You have chosen one of the most stable, highly qualified and recommended early child care academies in the city.  Our program is year-round with rolling admissions.  Our academic year is divided into two semesters, Fall and Spring and we have
a nine-week Summer Camp program. 

To be considered for admission, families must complete the following steps:   

The School Tour - Our school tour allows families to visit our classrooms and facilities and observe our program during the morning hours.  Tours are available Tuesday-Friday at 9:30am, 10:00am, 10:30am and 11:00am and may be scheduled in advance by calling our front office at 312-819-1760.   

Registration/Application - Registration forms must be completed in their entirety in order to validate your child's enrollment.  In addition to the registration forms, up-to-date immunization records (including TB Skin and Lead Test) and a copy of the child's birth certificate are required.  Your child's enrollment will be secured upon receipt of the completed forms and the non-refundable registration fee.   

Assessment - An assessment will need to be completed one to two weeks prior to your child's start date.  Depending on the classroom, children will complete a half-hour to an hour assessment.  Children are expected to come in the classroom by themselves and parents/family members are welcome to wait in our lobby or drop off and pick up.  Children will participate in the classroom activity at the time of their assessment, as well as additional academic, social and emotional assessments by the teachers. 

Tuition/Schedules/Rates - Tuition is due on the first Monday of each week/month, incurring a $20.00 late fee by the third day (Wednesday) of each week/month.  There is a non-refundable registration fee of $160.00 and a deposit equal to your regular tuition payment.  Tuition varies between $168.00 to $300.00/week, depending on your child's program, age and schedule.

The schedules available are:

· Five (5) full days (7am-6pm): Mon-Fri
· Five (5) half days (either 8am-12pm or 2pm-6pm): Mon-Fri
· Three (3) full days (7am-6pm): M/W/F
· Three (3) half days (either 8am-12pm or 2pm-6pm): M/W/F
· Two (2) full days ((7am-6pm):  T/Th

  *Please note that the Pre-K and K programs are full time only.
